AI技術における日本の位置づけについて、一般的に認識されている「日本はChatGPTに負けた」という見方が支配的です。世界を席巻するChatGPTブームに、日本のAI技術は「完全に終わった」「生成AIの分野では海外企業に及ばない」と言われています。
